Step 1: Create a Google My Business (GMB)

To create a GMB account, you will need the following information:

  • Full Name: $LO_fullname

  • Company Email: $company_email

  • Company Phone: $company_phone

  • Website: $LO_page (domain or subpage in LO's profile)

  • Licensed States: List all licensed states (Roles and Licenses in LO's profile, use abbreviations such as: CA, FL, TX)

  • Recommended GMB Name: Use the format “$LO_fullname - Mortgage Loan Officer | $Company_name”
